Hey there! I am Debora and I have a Master in Clinical Psychology as well as in Work & Organizational Psychology. For me that’s the sweet spot for working with people who are navigating challenges, life transitions, and periods of change (in their personal or professional life). 
I encourage clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, what has brought them to where they are today, and how their experiences, relationships, family dynamics, and wider environment may have shaped the way they see themselves and the world around them. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and the ways in which they influence and interact with one another. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can gain insight into their patterns, make sense of their experiences, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. If I am not working at the clinic you’ll often find me deep in conversation, reading a good book, or daydreaming about how the world could be.
