I am a psychologist specializing in Gestalt therapy, solution-focused therapy, couples therapy and sexology. Much of my work begins with a simple curiosity: how did the ways we learned to understand ourselves, relate to others and protect ourselves once make sense? Sometimes, those same patterns no longer seem to fit the life we are living now.
For me, therapy starts with feeling safe enough to simply be there. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong, why you feel the way you do, or what needs to change. We can begin by slowing things down, becoming curious about what is happening and gradually understanding the patterns that have developed throughout your life. This also means making room for different ways of thinking, feeling and experiencing the world, including those related to neurodivergency.
And understanding is not always enough. Sometimes something becomes clearer when you experience it rather than only talk about it. I therefore use experiential exercises, different perspectives and small experiments in everyday life, always at a pace that feels manageable. You may begin to notice that familiar situations can feel different, that other responses become possible, or that something you understood intellectually starts to feel different as well.
Outside of psychology, I am a father of two young children and enjoy sports, especially running and strength training.
